1. What is the default license?

The default licensing for all of our graphics is: Personal license. Please check here all types of licenses we have.

2. What are the file types I’m downloading?

All items you buy on our store contain: AI, SVG, EPS, JPG, PNG files

3. What if I’m not convinced to buy your designed icons yet?

Feel free to message us with any question you might have. We are super responsive and we will get back to you with an answer.

4. What happens I need help with payment or the icons I just bought?

We are happy to help you with any problems you might have.

5. I want a refund on my product

We currently do not offer this. We cannot offer a refund if you already downloaded the product from our site. We will process your refund only if you didn’t download the product from our website.

6. I need custom icons

We offer this service and we can help you out with your design project. Submit a request for custom designed icons here.

7. Having issues with downloading the files you bought?

We are experiencing some issues with users trying to download packs with Microsoft Edge. Please try using Google Chrome or Firefox Mozilla to download the icons. If the issue persist, please message me directly by email at: [email protected] and I will solve this issue for you.
